• Pattern Jury Instructions -- Civil (PJI) (New York State) : Unfortunately, there is no free online version of the PJI.  It is, however available from Westlaw and in book form published by Thomson Reuters.  Copies of the books are available at all the New York State Court System's Public Access Law Libraries.
• Federal Jury Instructions: Federal jury instructions for the federal courts located in New York State are not available online.  However, the jury instructions found in the Federal Jury Instructions Resource Page may be helpful.
