III. CASE INFORMATION (Dockets)
A. New York Court of Appeals
- Court-PASS from the Court of Appeals provides docket and other information. The docket contains the due dates for the filing of briefs, records and appendices; the dates on which such documents are actually filed; scheduled dates of oral argument; and attorney contact information. Court-PASS also provides access to the following documents: briefs; records or appendices; videos of oral argument; transcript of oral argument; court decisions; and motion papers filed by the parties when the Court has granted leave to appeal.

C. New York State Trial Court Dockets form eCourts: Includes dockets for active and disposed cases from Local Civil Courts and Civil Supreme Courts.
